I think what is really going to be an issue is the generation being brought up by parents who don't have enough will power to deal with their kid and not let them overeat or eat a bunch of junk food. Some feel guilty making their child cry by not letting them have what they want. Some overeat themselves and think that the portions or food they give them is correct and good. Children absorb information from their environment. Unfortunately the current environment shows quite a bit of fast food, obese people, and whatnot. And it is true a lot of fast food and junk food tastes better than healthier foods (to a fair amount of people), especially to children. There was a show on T.V. that I can't remember what it was called, but it was an eye opener for obese parents with obese children. They showed them the potential images and life spans of their children if they continued on their path and basically told them they were killing their children. At the same time though we have a lot of women underweight from societal pressures. We (humans) are fascinating, self-destructive creatures. The eating of food releases pleasure and reward chemicals in the brain which is very addicting. We probably enjoy high calorie foods because when we used to have to hunt for food, high calorie food would be more useful and sustain us between meals. It all boils down to humans will gradually change as they see fit. Some may be scared into change, some may just finally be tired of how they look. But keeping discussions going and promoting health is always a good start. I personally think the scare tactics are most effective, but I will let those who work in public health determine their course of action. Some ways to stay trim: Breakfast (not super light but not too heavy), walking, controlling the portion sizes of your meals, wait before going back for seconds (your food might not have set into your stomach yet, which delays the full feeling) make a list of everything you eat and when you eat and from this try to find what you can cut out.

I like Fall the most, but Spring is not far behind. Fall is so colorful and has good temperatures usually. It is very soothing to me. Spring I enjoy mainly for all the flowers and animals returning after the Winter. Winter I only enjoy for the snow and Christmas. Summer I only enjoy for not having to go to school and going to the pool.

Let's see... Well I'm pretty good at drawing, so in my spare time I make some manga. I know enough japanese that I can write said manga in it if I choose. And I'm pretty good at writing fictional stories and poetry. My writing has been published twice, but nothing really big yet. Oh and baking. I can make a mean layer cake. :D

I like both but coffee wins out for me. Coffee flavored ice cream, coffee lollipops, coffee itself; I like all of them. But when I drink coffee I prefer sweeter drinks with whipped cream. Summer is the perfect time for iced coffee, and a cup of warm coffee in winter is very soothing. Mmmm.

I'm struggling to find groups for my HR 31-39 Quests. Most groups in the Open server have one person below HR 31 and the Expert servers are near dead.bobcheeseball
I noticed that about the expert servers too. I normally hang out in the recruiting servers so I know what the group intends to do when I enter. Lately I've been killing Rathians for the -Wyvern Princess- title. Need 20 more Rathian caps/kills. I will be on again around 10:00 AM Central Time. I will also be sure to add you. :) Most of my friends online seem dead.

I made a grid in Rune Factory Frontier to remember how many of each type of Runey I had to remove or add to a certain area.
