I hyped it A and I thought I was being a little harsh but I guess I was wrong. I'd still like to try this game one day but it doesn't look like too much fun to me.
[QUOTE="AAllxxjjnn"]*Looks at the films of the 80s*SapSacPrime
There were far more decent films in the 80's than there have been in the last few, the 80's gave us film like the first two aliens, Terminator, Bladerunner, the Empire Strikes back, the Indiana Jones movies...
Alien actually came out in 79. Instead let's put Platoon, Full Metal Jacket, The Shining, Brazil, and Raging Bull. Good year for Kubrick, De Niro, and the Vietnam War.
Oh and we can't forget the one and only Princess Bride.
1 thing i'v noticed in the this thread that some people keep mentioning ME1, just gotta say because i havent played any ME game yet i just dont care about ME1. Bioware the developer of the game is making sure that PS3 owners and new comers will understand the story without ME1!

The problem isn't understanding the story. It's loving and appreciating the story. There are several great moments in ME2 that were only made that way because I played ME1. It's like watching Serenity without seeing Firefly. It'll be great fun, but you aren't getting the full emotional experience.
I only buy a game if it gets a 9.0 or higher. I don't have fun with any of my games though. I usually just play them for a few hours and then tell my friends how my games are superior to theirs. It makes me feel big and tough.
I like their idea for save files. I still suggest PS3 owners play ME1 somehow. It'll make parts of the story and certain character introductions much better.
