To be honest, I can't see this game being GTA. Obviously it is GTA, what I mean is it won' be the same game I don't think. Thye can improve this game in a lot more ways than just upping the graphics. I reckon the new game will play quite differently to those on the PS2. One thing is for sure though, this won't be the Playstation system seller that it's predecessors were.

You make a valid point, but those screens are higher res than the games themselves. There are very crap looking games on the Wii, but there ARE good looking games on the Wii too.

What's really funny here is the fact that the 4 top-selling Wii titles have about half of the total sales as the Xbox 360's top 15 games. 360 only hase one game that has sold more tha a million, whereas, the Wii has 3 already. I know that the 360 has more choice though, and Wiisports came bundled with the system in the Americas and Pal territories, but to do this with 4 titles is quite astonishing considering that the 360 has had a year headstart. Halo 3 will obviously sell like hotcakse, but how many Nintendo games will do the same? I bet anything that Wiisports 2 will sell more copies than halo, because practically every Wii owner, except maybe some Japanese, has the first game and of those, I doubt there're many who don't enjoy it. If Zelda has been so successful, then what aout other Nintendo franchises like Mario and Super Smash Bros? Will they reach the same heights? Only time will tell.

LOL, the PS3 doesn't have any Million Sellers yet, and the Wii has four, three of which have at least doubled a million.

I get payed next Friday, and I bet, if I wanted, I could go into any major highstreet retailer and pick one up. The same could not be said fr the Wii. Every store is constantly out of stock, because as soon as they get more in, it's gone with a day. I thought it was funny seeing a sign saying "Pre-order your PS3 and get it on day one" right next to a sign saying "expecting new Wii stock soon". This sign is up a lot, and it's either a bad case of supply issues on Nintendo's part, or every time the get some in, they're gone because everyone wants one. I never knew so many people with a Nintendo console before. I know, no less than 5 other people with a Wii, and I couldn't say te same for the Gamecube in it's wholoe 5 year lifespan. I don't know anyone with a PS3, or anyone who's planning on getting one any time soon. But that's not to say I don't know people who want one. Plenty do, but they simply can't afford it. As a student, nost people I know are other students, and well, students don't have any money. I put myself out of pocket when I bought my Wii. The console + 3 games, and an extra wiimote and nunchuk is still only about £350 in the UK, which is £75 less than a PS3 without any games. I find it hard to believe any console manufacturer can produce enough stock to cater for the demand of their console on day one, unless the demand is so low. GAME (UK's main games retailer) had pre-orders for PS3 going until the final day, but Wii pre-orders stopped in november before the system released in December. It's obvious, and it doesn't matted how much Sony try to convince us otherwise, but the PS3 is a slow burner. It's not yet determinable if that flame will fully ignite to the size of the PS2's, but at the moment, that flame could easily be doused by that of the Wii, or Xbox 360.

I can't help but laugh at Sony, only because I suffered so much being a Nintendo gamer over the last decade. Finally and rightfully, Nintendo are sat back on their throne of dominance, and Sony has completely kicked themselves in the nuts. I was speaking with a staff member in GAME (Biggest UK video game retailer) today, and he was saying they didn't have allocated PS3s per store. They had only 20000 units to share between 700 shops. That's about 30 per store, and they still haven't filled all of their pre-orders. Wii on the other hand had well over 100 systems on launch at the same store, and all pre-orders will taken up. Sony have terrible sales in the US, and it seems that the trend will follow to Europe. I said this a year ago, and I'll say it now, the PS3 is tooooooo expensive, and no-one wants Blu-Ray. Give us the option of Blu-Ray, and then we might fork out. Also we're paying the equivalent of about $830 for the system in the UK, so who would seriously want to pay that?

I'd love a 360. I also love my Wii. Isn't there enough love in your heart for both? Personally, I'd like to have the best of both Worlds, and play either beautiful HD games or innovative new motion games.

When are idiots like Thompson going to realise that religion has no place in the law. They didn't remove the 10 commandments from the supreme court for nothing. Religion has no position within the law because it promotes bias. So how can he defend against a lawsuit wih some lame psalm.?

You know what's funny. People seem to think that a short, and allbeit typical drought in game releases is going to reduce the level of fun that the owners are having. Games are designed to be played for longer than 4 months. I'm still enjoying WiiSports every day, and I'm not sick of it yet. So how am I losing out? Are people saying that the PS3 and 360 games have a short lifespan, and a AAA game is necessary every month? I think if a company has system with good enough games, which are still entertaining months after, then why should they rush to get them out? Personally, I'm going to be picking up, Madden, Excite Truck, and SSX Blur in the coming weeks, and I expect them to entertain me for quite some time to follow. I still haven't finished with Zelda either, where there are loads of side quests still to do. And I still have to get better scores on Red Steel, and unlock all of the available moves. Then comes the summer, and I can chill outside instead. By the time that is all over, I think It'll be time for some AAA titles. Oh wait, there will be in the forms of Metroid Prime 3, Mario Galaxy, and Super Smash Bros Brawl. Not to mention great 3rd party titles like No More Heroes.
