I have to agree although the cut scenes aren't as good as killzone. Killzone looks more gritty, Gears is more pop coloured in my views. Artistically Gears looks better but I can't really appreciate Killzones graphics for some obscured reason.

Btw I love Killzone, and am a PS3 fanboy not being biased.

I'd give it an 8.0, it felt a little reptitive but on the whole it was great

games are better on the 360, how can that be if Gears of War has an error and can't be played the same happens to other games.

Even if God of War is better than Halo it would never outsell it because Halo is the game to buy for anyone who has a 360 over 30% of 20 or so million have 360's of those 20 million so about 8 million players have Halo 3against God of War will never reach that much but i'd love to believe God of War would outsell Halo. :P

Trophies started from last July was optional for games to have trophies and games only HAD to have them from this Janruary.

Although despite this Trophies are easier to compare and you get levels.

Ok I've been a gamer ever since the year SNES was launched. My peak in gaming was around the middle of the Xbox/PS2 era. Then when next gen hit, I bought a 360. I thought it was a pretty damn good console, I spent countless hours playing Halo 3, RBSV 2, Gears, and Ace Combat 6 online. Then all a sudden I just started getting tired of the Xbox exclusives, and so I sold the system and bought a Wii hoping it would put a spark back into me since I've always been a fan of Nintendo games. Well turns out the Wii was the WORST console I had ever purchased. There just wasn't enough games that interested me and the whole Wii Remote gimmick got old FAST. And so I sold the Wii as well.

So here I am now looking at the PS3 and I'm looking at games like KZ2, MGS, LBP, and a few other exclusives plus the new multi platform games I've missed out on such as Street Fighter, RE6, Bad Company, Ninja Gaiden etc. The last PlayStation I owned was the PS1 back when it first came out, and I absolutley loved that system. So my question is... would the PS3 be a wise investment? Are there going to be enough AA/AAA online multiplayer games out now and in the future to last me untill the next generation of consoles? I need to know this now because I'm seriously getting tired of PC gaming since most games now are built for console play in mind; and the ports to PC usually always end up sucking...

If I were you both consoles are fairly balanced, people like one or the other. You should have kept your Xbox 360 and yes the PS3 is a wise investment but if you do I suggest buying when there is another price cut seeing as there are rumours for a price cut, I have the PS3 because I can get the exclusives on my PC aside Fable II, Gears of War 2 (got 1), Halo 3.

I think there are flaws in the way everyone here in SW debates which is better - X360 and PS3. It seems that there have been way too many game lists popping up showing the games that will be released at someunknown timein the future. People are listing games that have been known about for several years (ex. GT5/Alan Wake), some people list games which aren't even named yet (i.e. Team ICO game), and some people list imaginary games (ex. Rare game). I think its kind of rediculous.

The true best comparison between these systems, I think, is to compare games across genres. All the 360 guys already own 360s and all the PS3 guys already own PS3s. For people going into the stores today and deciding which system to get, they are going to be considering what the systems offer in terms of hardware and services, but most importantly, they will be concerned with the games they see on the shelves, wether they were just released that day or if its been on the shelf for years.

I ask you guys to help me out with completing this comparison, then we can determine honestly which system offers a better game experience...

I'm sure I missed a lot of good/great exclusives and that is why I ask for everyone to pitch in here. I'm not going to compare multiplats (I don't think it sways the consumers opinion). Also, this is a comparison between 360 and PS3...Not 360 vs. PS3 + PC, so please don't say I can buy Mass Effect on the PC too.

Maybe we can settle this argument at least for now, because as more games are released the tides can change...

I am a PS3 Fanboy although put a blancved argument and am not biased.

Just because the consoles have the same amount of games in that genre doesn't mean draw for example Banjo and Kmaeo are no doubt great games yet fail to Ratchet and Clank let alone Littlebigplanet far superior.

Left 4 Dead has been confirmed to come out on PS3, GRAW is both on PS3 and Xbox and is anyway a fail compared to GOW2, Halo 3 and Killzone. Perfect Dark zero is old, no one plays it any more, yet Warhawk is quite old and although both great for their time not many people play them anymore.

Why did you mention Blue Dragon?

Yes, PS3 has WRPGS and I agree on that Xbox has great RPGS

Buzz and Scene it no one plays them and although there are more scene It Buzz easily beats it but why did you have to bring up those two games?

I compltley agree on the racing Xbox has batter racing games

I have no idea what DOA4 is but you forgot to mention Dead or ALive 4 but failed to mention Tekken 5 for PS3

360 has Halo Wars yet PS3 has a far improved Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3, it depends about your opinion on that one.

Action, well Xbox has litterally nothing at the top of my head aside Dead Rising while PS3 has Heavenly Sword, Metal Gear Solid 4 and Uncharted
