Dude like... I was a wee lad when this game came out. I saw on On The Spot that they talked about this game being like the Halo of it´s day. Was it really that great? Doesn´t seem all that. Well I do have to give it up that in those days the technology specs. where really primitive compared with today.
I´ll try to pick up one of those old ass games cause elders provide wisdom. Maybe I could learn something from them and well starting from the bottom all the way to the top and maybe (just maybe) start to get into FPS...
Actaully I only played one FPS and it was Medal of Honor (the first one for PS2) and I got bummed at how boring it got for me... thank God it had the level skip code cause I would have never finished it.
Yeah just watched that movie and well being an anime fan also... Well I was watching the part where Mickey puts Rocky to start chasing after a chicken, as part of his training to make him quicker. So while seeing that scene I dived into my memories and suddenly I saw a comparison between this sort of training and the one I saw in Dragon Ball Z, when Kaiosama put Goku to chase his pet ape Bubbles as part of his special training.
I don´t know... any other Rocky/DBZ fans out their might want to correct me on this but that image just stuck into my head for a awhile. I guess all the great fighters have to go through this training.
PS. I couldn´t find any images on the subject regarding Rocky or DBZ... a little help would be apreciated.
After long awaiting by MGS fans all over the world and have been in the privilage to presence trailer after trailer of videogame and computer genious... recently at TGS (Tokyo Game Show) Kojima Productions brought out the first actual gameplay footage of the long awaited and personal favorite MGS4: Guns of the Patriots.
The footage is looking incredible and better than ever before... new and incredible moves... snake is looking as bad ass as ever... MGS Hardcore fans know what I´m talking about!!!!
[The clips are in two parts... thats how amazing and mind blowing the game is... So epic that it could not be seen in only a one part footage! (Just like Kill Bill, dude!) Well not really thats actually because of the site that posted it... he he]
UPDATE: Yes, GS alread put out the entire Trailer "6" with extras, sound and the hold Shi ban ban... but what is important to note is that I brought the links first... Checkmate.
Come one this is just to much... Sony is loosing it... Kutaragi lost a screw or someone is just bad at advicing over there at Sony.
The reasons:
1. The exorbiting prices of 600 and 500 dollars for their next gen console.
2. The lack of info or material by Sony´s part so people get start getting hyped about the console... they are realing on faith on the consumer´s part... For crying out loud this is a capitalist economic set WORLD... not a church charity fund.
3. They can´t even dish out an HD cable without having us, the consumer, pay even more... chances are that they can make this friggin cable and wouldn´t get a loss cuase it cheap... they been the producers of it.
4. Now they are backing out on their E3 promise of the worldwide release and initial shipping units.... YOU CAN´T SAY SOMETHING AT E3 AND THEN STEP BACK ON IT, THATS JUST STUPID, THAT GIVES YOU THE WORST CREDEBILITY OF ALL THE MAJOR CONSOLE OR BETTER YET ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIES ON THE PLANET..
5. These guys could so make a more lasting battery for the PSP.... cause they make like10 and more hours ones for IBM and their own products that are even half the size of the PSP´s one.
Ok Sony has to get their act together cause at this rate their Computer Entertainment branch will fall down in flame in a matter of months and soon after the rest of the Sony industry. So either they are just being extremely optomistic, arrogant and stupid... or (and I really hope so) they have the biggest ace up thier sleeve´s to keep on going on this ludacris and spiraling downward of a track and keep on with a big smile on thier faces as if nothing is happening; and please Sony don´t come out with the Blu-ray as your trump card cause its not the best one nor is it the most anticipated of your products... they still have time to fix this overrated mistake and hope they do.
It was pretty nice... and everything. Good Job... Tough it lacked some of the clasical sweetness from the old ones... but I still have high hope for it.

Plus I got a new emblem... sweet... but its dedicated to the Boss of Bosses view... so I´m kinda confused... oh well and emblem is an emblem.
I´m just wating for TGS... cause it has become the must go place when to want to anounce a nuew game or like the hottest specs for an alrady previewed game...cough*MGS4*cough.
Hope it is all its hyped out to be... it would just be great if they were to like blow this years E3 out of the water; and that won´t be easy cuase this year they mac´d out with the consoles and the next gen games... unfortunately it kind of bummed out with some price anouncements... cough*PS3*cough
