no they said the end of march on there site and many other places.
ok i cant wait till the end of march maybe the people who ru n it on widescreen dont have this problem or maybe it depending on the tv? who knows

i dunno what ur talking about mine has no black on top or bottom or sides im running it on a 16 9 widescrren philips 30 inch mine does refresh on alot of sites and goes back to home they said in the official browser this will be fixed.merch
some people dont got it (yur 1 of the lucky one cause that is annoing) anyway my does refresh a lot 2

if its not about grafphics then u saying as long as the game has good gameplay and innovating control u wont mind if the grahics look like nontendo 64 or super nintendo cause remenber is not about graphics
