Yep, I have finally bought my ps3. I picked it up at JB for $744 with GTA4.
The first thing i noticed was how heavy it was lol. I have it now hooked up to my 50" Panasonic Viera.
I have played gta a little while, I havnt done any missions, just fooled around a bit and drive the different cars. Right now my average gamespot score for my ps3 collection is 10! lol.
Now im saving up for a extra controller and fifa 08!

me and a few of my friends went to the city today. We took the tram, my friend took a risk by not buying a ticket lol, luckily he didnt get caught.
We went to the CBD, had lunch, and it was a rip off tbh. We ate at this unkown place, my friend bought a small 'bondi' meal, consisting of a burger, fries and a can of pepsi. The burger was as big as a cheeseburger, and all that cost him $8.95. I ordered the same thing but in a medium. My other friend went to mcdonalds for lunch. I was feeling generous, I let him use my #1 card which gives you 20% off mcdonalds in oz.
After that we just walked around for a while, saw some very weird things. A homeless person shoved a sign in my friends face asking for money, but all we had was notes.
Then we went to Federation square, I saw a mario sign and remembered that the 'Game on' exhibit was on. We checked that out. The whole experience was cool, but barely anything was free to play. Just about every console they had you were allowed to play it, so if your a old school gamer you would have enjoyed it but it also had all the next gen systems. I managed to verse my friend in pong, I beat him 10 - 0 lol.
And my ps3 will probobly have to wait because I spent quite a bit of money there.
I am ever so close to reaching my goal of $700. I have about $640 right now. I am going to be working on Anzac day so I should be getting paid double so I would probobly reach my goal on Tuesday.
I will be picking up a ps3 gt5p bundle pack, hoping that deal will be still on when i buy it.
Also, just saw fifa 08 for $60 at kmart and my brothers and me loved the game on ps2 so we'll probobly pick that one up aswell.
So if everything goes to plan then by next week i should have it. Wish me luck:)

this idea just came into my head from no where. I've tried once before making a union but it never started.
So anyway the union will be about Youtube. Think about it, theres over millions of vidoes on youtube, this union will only have the good ones:P I have done research and there have been 2 other unions with the same idea, but they have both failed horribly:( I have seen there threads and luckily im thinking about doing it a little different.
So nothing is official yet but who would actully be interested in joining in the fun?
PS: Who has noticed my factorizer thingy at the top. lol:D
yes thats right, the worst kept secret is out!! its my birthday!!! thanks to all who celebrated a day early. I am now 16, which now gives me the right to get my learners license!! which i will be going for very soon.
