You know, I do not see why people are quarreling about this. Like otanikun said, it should be the parents fault if it falls into their childs hands and they should be dealt with legally, not the developers. If there ever was a game that majority of the world abhorred so greatly, let the game die in the market and soon it will be off every stores shelf. For most adult gamers, if not, all are not in anyway compelled to buy these violent or sexual themed games; so where is the argument? I get the feeling the Supreme Court is playing 'mommy and daddy' for us because we can't make our own choices. Hah!
