R.I.P. Aaron Spelling
Hollywood mourns the loss of television pioneer, Aaron Spelling, who succumbed to a stroke last night at the age of 83. Spelling's well-known for his hit television shows such as Starsky & Hutch, Charlie's Angels, The Love Boat, and 7th Heaven.
When I've heard the news of his passing, I was shocked. Spelling's done a lot of television work in his life, and a couple of his shows have been translated into big-screen adaptations. I hope that, with the possibility of 7th Heaven airing it's "final" season on The CW this Fall, it will be dedicated to Aaron's memory.

News sources in Japan report the Machiko Soga, inarguably the biggest female figure in Japanese tokusatsu, died at age 68. Soga played so many memorable female villains in tokusatsu, such as Queen Hedrian in "Denjiman"(1980) and "Sun Vulcan"(1981), Bandora in "Zyuranger"(1992) and Queen Pandra in "Spielban"(1986) to name a few; last year she made
a special appearance in "Magiranger The Movie" as Great Majiel and this year she also contributed as a female villain character in PlayStation2 game "Uchuu Keiji Damashii (The Space Sheriff Spirits)"which is to be released on May 25.
Bandora's known as Rita Repulsa on MMPR. She will be missed.
