Stay away from the water and earth signs unless you feel that you're just a 99.9999% match with someone who happens to be one. You could end up being very compatible with someone who is a water or earth sign, but right on the cusp of being an air or fire sign.
Sadly OT doesn't seem to be a very good place to discuss astrology.. you have a lot of closed-minded people here when it comes to things that they can't touch or see. I thought it was bunk myself until I was about 17 or 18 and started paying attention to people that I knew. When there are 12 signs and I can accurately pick someone's sign 50-60% of the time after a few interactions with them, there's something to it. I don't know how it works, I just know that it does.

who should a female Sagittarius be on the look for? and not me sir, my family is very into the stars and what not, we're all very religious so yeah. my sister for example gives tarot card and astrological readings by using said persons birth date, and time of birth. :DOne of my exes is a Sagittarius (December 12th). She and I were great as friends and very attracted to each other, but there was no deeper compatibility there (I'm a March 3rd Pisces). Very sad.
Anyhow, I'd say be on the lookout for an Aries or Aquarius. The other fire and air signs could be very good matches too, but I've noticed a high number of good Sagittarius-Aries and Sag-aquarius couples. There's something about those matches that seems to work really well. I wouldn't be surprised if it worked really well with a Libra either.
You're right about the sag-aquar couples, my mom and dad were sag-aquar and they lasted till death did them part. :) I was with a guy who was an aquarious just recently, but I broke up with him because he wasn't giving me what I needed in the relationship anymore. call me needy but yeah. I needed someone who would always give me affection and pay attention to me even outside of the bedroom if yknow what I'm tryin' to say. as for the non-believers, put a sock in it. lol
