I'm heart-broken

for this reason and this reason alone I will not be buying an xbox one

How the hell am I supposed to talk to my 1000+ active gaming friends

I can't believe this is happening Microsoft is dead.

Everyone should care about this a lot.

Also, may I add thank you Eddie for making some the greatest articles of all time

This article tops your fantastic piece of journalism earlier about GoW1s was going to have a dog companion in it.

You are a literary master my friend.

I will never deny that Nintendo creates some of the greatest franchises. I love almost every game nintendo makes.

i just wish they would stop making half-ass consoles.

"Gears 1 had a canine helper with you that was cut early in the game. Guess word got out to Activision,"

I had to stop right here.

That has to be the most ridiculous statement I've heard.

How do you connect those two things at all?

Does he seriously thing that no games have ever had animal companions before?

He's legend in his own mind.

"I think our industry now is in a position exactly where Hollywood was in the early 20s; the golden era of films"

Is he seriously implying this is the golden age of games?
This is more of an era of shameless uninspired rehashes and money grabbing

This is one of the biggest slumps in gaming i've seen.

I mean it really sucks that they got rid of it but, it won't affect me to heavily .

i'm all about the versus mode, playing it with friends, bot matches, tournments

I'm more concerned about this customization as a smash vet i fear change like this.

I played league of legends for a long time since early beta I quit about half a year ago because I didn't have the time to play it. It does have a high skill ceiling and I'm glad it's really changing E-Sports. I've always wanted to see E-sports get bigger mainly because I enjoy watching them

Though I also kind of cringe at the word "athlete" and "League of Legends" in the same sentence, I know what the actual definition of athlete is but, I feel like that has changed overtime in society that these days Athlete is more of a terms for psychical accomplishment. Thats just my opinion though.

I Guess where it really gets me is that means calling them pros athletes means I have to refer to regular league players as athletes which makes me almost want to laugh for hours on end because most of friends i know that do play league will sit at home some days for like 12-16 hours on skype yelling at a computer screen never seeing the light of day.

I refuse to call them athletes.
