If you have the money get both...if your getting one get vice city, its awesome. You can swim and everything, you cant on liberty city

No dont believe that. I think that the ps3 got the nights of the nine expansion that is available for download on the xbox. I think that happened probably because bethesda probably were looking for ways to make more money on the xbox, and the xbox and pc have the shivering isles expansion back which is like a new game! i dont think the ps3 has that...
