Sony isn't going to die. Atleast not anytime soon. Worst case scenario is PS3 bleeds Sony a little too much and they're forced to stop development of the PS3 and Sony titles.. which I doubt is going to happen. Sony does sell other products besides the Playstaion. Products that don't cost them more to make than they get from sales.
Is this a serious thread? Who care's if that guy got fired or not. It's not your problem. Congrats on the free DS though.

Perfect example of why our world sucks. Who cares? hmmmm, maybe the guy that got fired, maybe his wife if he has one. Maybe he did make a simple mistake, but the TC's dishonesty got him fired for it - awesome right. One could only hope you screw up some time in life and someone else's dishonesty cost you in the long run. Maybe you drop your wallet and instead of an honest person finding it and returning it with all contents intact a dishonest person finds it and spends the money and uses the c.cards to fill up his car with gas. Maybe a dishonest person will steal something from you so you can come on here and tell us how you were robbed. Who cares right? I'm sorry but that is the most disgusting self centered post ever, and is exactly why I always say people suck. I hope when you grow up and have children you try to teach them morals (even if you don't believe in them). Sorry to everyone about the rant, but his ability to not care about anyone but himself shows through to the point I just had to say something even though he'll just laugh it off and call me a loser.

The cashier screwed up, TC made off with a great deal. I don't see the problem here. You've got to look out for #1 before anyone else, and you should take any break you can get.. especially when it comes to money. If the guy got fired for it, which I doubt he did, than I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles. He should have been paying more attention in the first place. He shouldn't be working as a cashier if he doesn't understand mathematics. It's not like he missed a 5 dollar cheeseburger that someone orderd, it's an item with a $100+ price tag.. A number pretty hard to miss.
It's disappointing how they don't care about games as much as Nintendo and Sony do. But they're just happy that they have a $200 console that plays all the popular multiplats, GTA, Madden, COD etc.Floppy_Jim
