Sometimes it gets hot. Real hot.

So my Xbox Elite has been working fine all through since i got it Christmas 2009. But its winter. I think the coldness outside makes my xbox feel only a little warm. Now my question is, once the temperatures rise up again, will I have to worry that my xbox may overheat. I live in florida and as you know the temps up here are very great. Thanks.

1) How long do you spend on LIVE in a week? Probably 42 hours.

2) What's the longest amount of time you've played on LIVE non-stop? 8 hours?

3) What game is most addictive on LIVE? Right now, Borderlands, MW2 and Left 4 Dead 2.

4) Do you ever choose to play LIVE/360 over seeing friends, family, or something similar? Family, no. Friends, all the time.

5) Is LIVE a positive or negative thing? I can honestly say its a negative thing. But, i have nothing else to do. Hell, i'm 15.

It is plugged into an outlet, not a surge protector. It is a jasper model because i noticed the smaller power brick. Also, it is inan entertainment center, but the kind i have isnt blocking ventilation to my Xbox. The problem i have is paranoia because of how hot it got after 40 min. of play. Am i to worry?

But, i still need opinions.

Listen, i dont want to know if YOURS doesnt or not. I want to know if mine is going to be fine. It gets real hot and i'm scared that i'll have to pay for another one. I live in Florida if that helps. It's usually hot up here. I have my xbox on a little wooden drawer and it has ventilation. Just tell me if its going to be alright.
