they have a pre-set curriculum issued by the state.
it requires an outflow of information that needs to be expressed in a way where students understand.
they prepare materials, prior to the beginning of school, and they do get paid for that since its part of how our educational system is set up via unions. they will get a penny out of every possibilty and still demand more
A teacher's salary is tiny, and these are the people who prepare you for your entire life and you're complaining about how much money they make? If anyone gets payed too much it's athletes.
