should i get get oblivion or bioshock

the catch is that im half way through the story in oblivion (i let my buddy borrow it and he broke it) and im having an itch to play it i also have 8000 MS points so i can get all the expansions

um civilization revoulution is not an arcade game it costs 60 bucks
