@cvfish @fred0309 Just as a note: Even some of the most highly rated games around have had embargos that lifted the night before they released. I think both XCOM and Dishonored had night before/morning embargo times. That wasn't really a shady thing on Gearbox's part (especially since that wasn't up to them anyway -- that was Sega's call as the publisher).
@mjohnsonfhk Because even if I were not writing the review, I would consider those 4-5 hours very well spent, and the game worth the $15 price of admission. And if those 4 hours *weren't* worthwhile (i.e., if the game was bad and not fun to play), then potential buyers would need to know that as well. The Swapper is a relatively high-profile indie game (having made splashes at shows like PAX), so it's important to have this information out there for people.
@limbomaster You can delay it and start playing, but it downloads automatically and then installs later. And once it's installed, it can't be removed. (Well, technically it can, but the Wii U refuses to play the game again until it's updated again,)
Wait... After a lot of editors were disapointed with the E3 build of Red Steel, and yet impressed with the likes of Mario, Wario Ware, Sonic, etc... The two Wii games on the list (only two?) are Trauma Center and Red Steel? Not that I disagree, really, I just personally have a lot more Wii games than you do PS3 games on my list :P
