Probable cause could be tricky to find, but they manage to do it today even. As for weapons that I define are for killing humans, handguns (depending on ammunition), revolvers (depending on ammunition), assault rifles, machine guns, submachine-guns, machine-pistols, any kind of projectile explosive, shotguns (depending on ammunition).

I would say it would be acceptable to have a low-caliber handgun or revolver, a hunting rifle or a hunting shotgun.

Most of those guns are already illegal or very difficult and expensive to obtain. Assault rifles is just a term that is used to make the guns sound scarier even though they can be very similar to hunting rifles. Once again machine guns are extremely expensive and difficult to obtain.

Guns don't need anything to sound scary, and yes it is true that they are very hard to obtain. In my state of Massachusetts they are illegal, but insome areas down South it is still possible to attain something that may be similar to an "assault" rifle, as we know the term. But regular, police or military style handguns are still dangerous.

I'd like to know something though, I'd like to ask the man who owns "Guns Galore", the store that sold Major Nidal Hasan, the two handguns that he would kill and injure so many true American heroes... I'd like to ask that man about gun control.

Not illegal searches, but for example if someone is found guilty of a felony gun crime, a warrant could be legally obtained to perform a search and seizure, as well as obtaining warrants to search warehouses that are suspected of being locations where smuggled weaponry is being kept, which by the way the ATF does to some extent these days. Once again it should only be focused on weapons made only to kill humans, i'm not talking about chasing huntingrifles and hunting shotguns.

Maintaining international trade, performing weapons sweeps at high risk area, training officers and federal agents better to identify weapons smuggling.

Most of all: Regulate gun shops more and outlaw the sale of guns at gun shows.

Of coarse they won't listen to gun bans, but that's why we just need to assure our law enforcement is prepared to deal with it.

Yay on civilian gun control (For handguns, assualt rifles, machine guns and submachine guns). I understand that some people would be perfectly capable of managing a firearm safely and using it strictly for defence but for every person like that there are a handful of criminals and mentally unstable people that would potentially harm another human with their weapon or overreact and use it when not nessisary.

If you are so much interested in weaponry then you should seek a profession with law enforcement or the military, the only people who should use weapons in defence are properly trained police officers and soldiers, it is their job and unlike civilians, when they are issued their guns they are also indoctrinated with discipline and protocol.

Sorry gun-lovers, but being stingy on the topic is unfair to the millions of innocent people who die at the hands of guns each year. Leave the fighting for those who are trained to fight.

Side note: I do approve of people owning a hunting-caliber shotgun, rifle or revolver if it is purely for sport and the person has gone though the proper safety instruction.

Indeed it does, you can play on Gamespy, Internet TCP/IP, or what I do is simply play LAN with all of your friends on a Hamachi server. It can be fun to team up kingdoms and take over Europe.

Try these.

RTS -

If you liked Company of Heroes, try Men of War.

Running a fantasy-style middle ages Kingdom sound interesting to you? Look no further then Knights of Honor.

Still Warcraft III, if you don't already have it!

RPG -

Torchlight, which is a great dungeon runner RPG, a good waiting game for Diablo III.

The Last Remnant is decent.

Divinity II in December!

Good luck, happy hunting!

[QUOTE="Scarbridge"]

Franklin Delano Roosevelt was a great president, and definitly in the top three that the United States have ever seen. FDR was by nature and by character a true leader and a very charismatic icon, although he made mistakes he by-in-large had a positive effect on his country, the mistakes will not be remembered in history as much as his triumphs, after all he was like the rest of us, only human. However,I will be more then willing to agree that much of FDR's legacy as one of the potentially "Greatest Presidents in US History" was strictly dependant on the time period in which he was in office. FDR lead the country through the Great Depression, was part of the victorious "Big 3" Allied powers of WW2, and although wasn't there to see the end of it, had a great part in why we defeated the Third Reich and ended the dangerous fashism and imperialism going on at the time. Whatever you personal opinion on FDR's profile was there is one thing that cannot be denied, he had a huge impact on modern history and that alone, nevermind good or bad, is merit enough that he is seen as a major player and an American Legend.

Hmm....quess it depends on opinion then. There have been concerns with his long tenure as president and the fact that he packed the Supreme Court and ran for a third term. Seemed he did like the power. His presidency is also criticized for his economic policies and the increased dependence on welfare. In addition, the unemployment was 14% or above. Not a sign of a healthy economy. He also sent the Japanese Americans into interment camps. Let me repeat that...Japanese AMERICANS.

I understand where you are coming from, and yes I agree there were parts of his presidency that were most certainly bad things, even un-constitutional things, and as you would assume most of us would be. He enjoyed power, not so much for himself but for the Democratic Party. However, my point in simple is that in the majority of history books he will be, and is, portrayed as the force between the resolution of the Great Depression and World War 2. All in all it depends on your viewpoint I guess, but as does most things.
