They didn't bring up the manslaughter charge until the very end of the case and they didn't attack why it should be that minimum.
You should also learn how the court system works apparently....Still waiting for an explanation.
[QUOTE="ScreamDream"][QUOTE="LJS9502_basic"] LOL.....you might want to read before posting dude.

How's that?

[QUOTE="ScreamDream"]LOL.....you might want to read before posting dude.Stupid ass prosecution. Why didn't they initially charged Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder and manslaughter? They could have brought up the very minimum is manslaughter because of the Florida's manslaughterer statue.
The killing of a human being by the act, procurement, or culpable NEGLIGENCE of another, without lawful justification according to the provisions of chapter 776 and in cases in which such killing shall not be excusable homicide or murder, according to the provisions of this chapter, is manslaughter, a felony of the second degree
It's obvious Zimmerman was chasing a profiled teenager and was told not to while carrying a loaded gun. The stupid ass prosecution should have mentioned this was NEGLIGENCE over and over again from the start to the end of the trial. Manslaughter case closed. See ya in 30 years to life Zimmerman.
