Thank you! I know they are only doing it to keep their company viable, and I don't even use any video streaming services, or currently have any data usage caps, but Comcast is nothing but cancer and this **** needs to be nipped in the bud before these greedy a******s make traditional internet as ungodly costly and complicated as cell phone internet. IMO they should make it illegal for a company that offers internet service to also offer cable. Would remove s***holes like Comcast from trying to profit off both and screw one to make the other viable.
Just a PSA: Everyone with early copies of the game have confirmed this game has NO vs. CPU mode and NO arcade mode.
Also "You won't have to pay for any DLC if you play the game enough." Yeah, well, that's an almost impossible amount.
each DLC character = 100,000 Fight Money. You get 10,000 fight money for the first completion of Story mode with each character, and 1000 for each level up.
So, that's 160,000 FM for completing story with everyone and 200,000 for getting to level 200 (which will be a crazy long grind fest and is the highest known level, since it has a trophy for it) So, 360,000 FM and it'll be 600,000 just for the currently announced DLC characters. Not counting what you also need for costumes and any paid-for modes they introduce and any future characters after the initial 6 DLC.
So, just for those 6 characters to get all 6 without spending any money you have 3 options:
1. Dailies, which I don't know how much FM they provide, but if it isn't more than 1000 for each, that means it'd take 100+ days of doing the dailies every day to get enough for one character, and 240 days total to fill all the FM for all 6 after what you get from leveling and story mode 2. Ranked battle wins. 50 FM per ranked win. So you only need to play AND win 2000 matches for 1 DLC character. Or 4800 wins to fill all FM for all 6. 3. A combo, which best case scenario would be 50 120 days (if assuming 1000 FM for each daily) and 2400 ranked wins
