Its a character creator, where you can create the character you wanna play with in the upcoming Saints Row 3.

They really should make it so you can turn it off at the dashboard

I would like to see it get its own multiplayer because I'm not crazy about Reach MP. I actually like the Halo 3 MP better than Reach.Mau-Justice
