Bubble Bobble
A classic example of a seemingly cutesy, yet incredibly challenging and deep game play. Not to mention tons of fun.

Chrono Trigger
Easily one of the greatest RPGs of all time, even almost 13 years after it's release. Truly a masterpiece for the ages.
