I gotta be completely honest, I don't think I could have done the same when I was 12, either. I mean, I would've taken action, but not with a knife. But this kid grew up in a different era, and I think it's pretty heroic of him.
Love Modest Mouse and Radiohead. I like what I've heard of Menomena, but they do have stuff I just... can't get into. Other than that, Of Montreal and the Pornographers are ok.
