Meh, I didn't even care much for the first MW. It was an OK game. Fun to play every once in a while, but not like super fun like cs was back in the day lol. (one of my problems with MW1 was the killstreaks. If you get a lot of kills, you get a killstreak, which gives you special stuff that lets you kill even more people, which gets you more killstreaks :\ ) With MW2, they reduced the number of players, and that just worsened the deal for me. The game just looks plain boring. Now BC2, on the other hand...If it only had 96 players with jets/bombers like BF2 had. Then it'd be the perfect game.

well you tell you thumb to push the control stick so that the crosshair moves on the target. but you have to get used to the amount of force necessary to push the control stick so that you don't overdo it or something. right now, for me, many times when I try to aim at a target, my crosshair goes too far because I use too much force. that's not really hand eye coordination. that's just getting used to using the control stick.

it's like you're tring to throw a football into a hole 50 feet away. you might throw it too hard or maybe too far to the left or something.

hand eye coordination applies mainly to the hand directly interacting with what your eye is seeing. with a controller, there's a control stick which you are pushing, and you have to get used to what the control stick is like.

just because you are good with a controller doesn't mean that everyone should be like that. this isn't really hand eye coordination as much as it is a hand-controller stick-eye coordination.

well see, if your eye-hand coordination is perfect, and you can't control how well you move the control sticks, what good is that? you need to get used to being able to move the stick fast and accurately enough on the target.

and speaking of eye/hand coordination, it's not actually eye/hand coordination. its more of a eye/thumb coordination.

I'm a PC KB/M fps player, but my friends all play halo and CoD4 on the xbox360. I've played maybe about a week or so of halo3/CoD4 and I don't seem to be getting any better in the multiplayer games. Somehow, I always get more deaths than kills.

So my problem is I can't aim with an xbox360 controller, and so I get more deaths than kills :(

How long do you guys think it will take to adjust/get better to playing/aiming with an xbox360 controller? How long did it take you guys?

Oh I forgot to mention that the PS3 not only has MAG coming out(it looks really fun to me), it also has God of War 3, and I'm a really big fan of hack and slash games (I've played DMC4 already).

I know the xbox360 has project natal, but I didn't really look into it yet. Is project natal worth getting the xbox360 for? Doesn't the ps3 also have something coming out for it too?

Ok so for college this year im thinking about getting either a xbox360 or ps3.

Help me decide please

I want a xbox360 because I already have a 360 controller that I use on my PC, its cheaper, and has some good xbox360 exclusive games (Gears of war2, halo3). I dont like the xbox360 because it needs a monthly fee to play online, which really turns me off, and doesnt have ff13 versus for it. I'm also a tiny bit concerned about the ring of death. If it weren't for the montly fee for online, I'd definitely get the xbox360.

I want a PS3 because it has ff13 versus comming out for it, also some good PS3 exclusive games (MSG4), can play blue ray, and doesn't have a monthly fee for online multiplayer. However the PS3 is flatout expensive ($300-400 :?). I guess the price of a PS3 is the only thing that's making me not want to buy it.

I'm also trying to hide this from my parents lol. So if I get the ps3, I'd need a big amount of money initially and then I'm good. If I get a xbox360, I don't need that much money at first but I'll need to think of a way to pay for the online subscription without my parents knowing :P

Since both have CoD4 and CoD4MW2, I'm OK about that. If CoD4MW2 goes Xbox360 exclusive, then i'm going to lean towards the 360.

Which one should I get? Tell me your reasons please. Thanks.

Should I wait for the next generation of consoles? Will the ps3 or xbox360 drop in prices?

i actually hated dead space. for one, it wasn't scary at all. I played it alone in the dark and it's just not scary. I though bioshock was scarier. second, the gameplay just sucks. I'm sorry but it's one of the most boring games i've played recently. I don't envy you not playing it.

only about 3 or 4 people really answered my post...the rest of the people here just started ranting about trolling and whatnot.
