I just synced my trophies , but i cannot view them on the playstation website from my computer

So this is the process right :

1) Buy the Hard disk

2) Sync trophies to the server(my online account)

3) Deactivate my account

4) Backup files

5) Swap the hard drives

6) Log into my online account and the trophies will appear again?
