No one's reading this

I've decided that because I get no one reading this journal I'm not going to continue to do it. Either no one is reading it or they're not leaving comments.

If anyone out there wants me to continue leaving daily messages let me know. Otherwise, I'm done.

See you on the forums.

Katamari Damacy

I order Katamari Damacy today. I should have it next week.

I haven't seen it yet myself, but I've been hearing really good things about it. I let you know more when it comes. Never fear.

That's just what I'm thinking about today.

My poor, poor Eagles

The Phildelphia Eagles lost yesterday for the first time this year. Their running game is hurt and the recieving corps is struggling for some depth.

They'd better figure some things out this week or we could be looking at a fourth straight NFC Championship loss.

Yesterday was my Birthday

Yesterday was my birthday, so I took the day off from work. That's why there was no journal entry yesterday.

I went Karaoke-ing. It was a blast. They gave me a free T-shirt because it was my B-day. It's an awesome shirt. It says "Sing Monkey" on the front and "The Monkey Rocks" on the back.

Oh, the bar was called "Brass Monkey" by the way. It's great and I'll be back soon.

However, a personal karaoke booth would be a little better.

My gaming prediction

In ten years this is what I predict we will have.

A video game/home entertainment unit that is both portable and... well... not. Imagine a unit at your home that plays movies discs of some form, music discs, and video games. Now picture a detachable piece of this console that allows you to take your movies, music, and games on the bus with you. It's like PDA's and how they sync up with CPU's. You could be playing a game at home, pause it, get on the bus, and continue where you left off.

How cool would that be?

To the rest of the world...

Please forgive us. Clearly the majority of the American people are easily misled and somewhat delusional. The fact that we have re-elected the worst president we have had in American history baffles me. And it appears the difference maker was the fact that Bush never stops talking about his religious beliefs, and that makes him a more "moral" leader than Kerry. Just because Kerry doesn't flaunt it in every speech doesn't make him just as, if not more, moral.

I did what I could and it clearly wasn't enough.

To the rest of the world, I ask you to remember that about 45% of the country hates what Bush has done just as much as you. So don't hate us too much. If we can survive the next four years we will fix everything we have damaged with the new administration after that.

That's just what I'm thinking about today.

Depression overtakes me

It looks like Bush is going to win. It baffles me. How in the world can an intelligent person see any good in what has happened in the last four years here in the US?

Anybody know of real-estate available in Canada?

Buying two GTA:SAs

My boss at work, who by the way is not more than two years older than I, just told me that he and his housemates bought two copies of GTA:SA. They already had two PS2s, and so wanted two copies so they wouldn't be fighting over who gets to play.

I just thought that was funny for two reasons.

1. It's my boss and he is such a hard-core gamer that he buys two copies of one game.

2. He buys two copies of one game for one house.

Maybe I'm just easily amused.

My dinner

Tonight I am eating a ham sandwich, with american cheese, pickles, and lots of lettace on french bread. A pear and a J-ello pudding snack. For dessert I have a home-made Halloween sugar-cookie that looks like a skull. And to drink I have Raspberry Lipton Brink Iced Tea.

Mmm-Mmm good.

Yes! PSP news!

After waiting for months and months, we finally have solid news about the PSP.

We're looking at under $200 for the US basic package and under $250 for the value package with headphones, memory stick, and carrying pouch. Plus, Sony has officially announced the battery life to be between 4-7 hours STREAMING. So if a game does not stream their video, like GTA does, and the developers do what they can to maximize battery life, we are golden.

The Japanese release date is Dec. 2, 2004. Nothing's been said about US yet, but I'm predicting early February.

I am so getting this system.

Look out Nintendo. Sony's about to do for the handheld market what they did for the console market.
