This once a day thing was ambitious. I can't think of anything to talk about today. Umm...

Work sucks. I get paid and health coverage, so that's good. But it really cuts into my video game time.

If anyone wants to make a movie and needs a writer, call me.

The PSP will be great and the DS will only last until Nintendo releases the GBA2. Then we'll see if Nintendo retains their control over the handheld market, but only then.

Do grades really have anything to do with intelligence? I think not.

It's pretty amazing how fun computer solitaire can be when you're bored at work.

I'm part of the way into Megaman X: Command Mission. It takes some getting used to, like all RPGs, but it's really singing now.

So what if it's not as complicated as FF and that ilk. It's a solid RPG.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Try this game. It's good.

That's just what I'm thinking about today.

I was going to buy a PSP and a DS. Also, I wanted GTA:SA. And I was considering getting the GC package with Metroid Prime.

Then my computer died and I needed to buy a new one. Now all my plans are shot.

And I need to buy Xmas gifts. So I need to make sure I have the $ for that. Not to mention the normal necessities like food and electric bill.

I tell you. There are great things about being an adult, but there are other things that suck.

That's just what I'm thinking about today.

I spend most of the weekend recovering from the last week and playing Jak 2. But it gets sooooo hard. I mean, I understand the need for a game to be challenging, but I spent two hours on one ring challenge just to get a couple of precursor orbs.

There's challenging, then frustratingly hard. Jak 2 is falling into the latter more often than not.

It's game design. And it's something the designers should pay attention to.

That's just what I'm thinking about today.

I'm not feeling well. I think work and things have tired my body out. I'm going to go home in about 1/2 an hour and spend the whole weekend playing Jak 2. I'm about half-way through it.

I got my new computer yesterday, but it didn't have the right wireless card in it. So I have to send it back for Dell to fix it.

It makes me sad.

I'm getting a new computer to replace my busted one. This means I can finally finish Warcraft III. I'm very excited.

My roommate has been working at Vivendi-Universal Games bug-testing. When asked what he was working on he couldn't say anything because of a non-disclosure agreement. Apparantly they even closed off the windows so the other employees couldn't see in.

What is the point of that? So what if it's a high-profile game. It's not like my roommate is going to tell me how to beat the boss in level 4. And doesn't a developer what to create hype for their new games?

It just seems silly to me.

Oh, and I figured out what game it is by small clues and let's just say it's a highly-anticipated fall release.
