They get 10% of the annual profits of the company!?!?!CDPR reportedly made $124.9m last year. 10% of that is $12,490,000.They reportedly have around 400 staff. Even if we call if 500, that means every team member gets $24,980, on top of their normal wage! If that's on top of OT pay as well, that is truly insane.
