You know at Vengeance Cena is going against Christian and Jericho for the WWE Title right? Well seeing how SD! has no WWE Champion at the moment and they are gonna have one obviously well these are the only possibilities to sort out the situation:
Christian wins it and gets drafted on to SD next.
Jericho wins it and gets drafted on to SD next.
Cena retains it but gets drafted back on SD! similar to that in last years draft with Hunter (w/o the belt though).
Batista retains the World Title at Vengeance against HHH in the Hell In A Cell match and gets drafted.
HHH wins the World Title and gets drafted to SD! meaning the titles have swapped shows.
Cena retains but stays on RAW along with Hunter/Batista who is on RAW meaning SD! will die.
