Okami had a unique art design and shadow of the colossus had this same feeling of emptiness through the complete lack of interaction. Yet they both had a goal, and they both were extremely fun. Even Journey, a great example, had some sort of goal. This is not a game if it doesn't have that, and it certainly does not deserve an 8.0
A long time ago, Chrono Trigger and Final Fantasy 6 had mature themes, while also being brilliant games (types of games that simply don't exist now.) And your giving me GTA4 as an example that gaming has grown up?
