Its made by Creative and has 256MB. My last one broke because I bumped into it when i had it connected to my computer and the USB port got bent all out of shape. I couldn't send it back and get a new one because I broke the headphones and I needed every peripheral in order for my warranty to  be valid, so I had to save up my money and buy a new one.
