Maybe you´re right, at the same time we need to know what happens in the world. Media really makes people dumb. I stopped watching TV long ago. Many channels only stream nonesense, even the news are mostly into big drama trouble to get attention. Some of the news are important though.

it must be really hard for you. try to find something that keeps you alive. something that will help you not to think. I would say video games help a lot, sports, or a new goal, a new aim for yourself. you have gained lots of experience in real life by now and many people cannot say that about themselves. later you will think back of this moment and wonder why you felt sad because everything will become better.

I have been playing JRPGs often, action adventure rocks too, stealth action is probably most interesting though.

I would recommend Resonance of Fate. It´s a little older, 2009, I think, but it´s really good.
