Hopefully, Arc System Works add a few extra new things if they don't have set release dates for console system yet, like some requested characters and voice announcers...

Gamers say they buy Sega Products but it's only a few number of people that the company can't see the profit in the product that cost more money for. I do believe the only profit I think Sega can see worldwide is from Sonic series and Total War series. That is why Sega can fund in the sequels.

Once again Sega is the scapegoat when it is the only major corporation in the last 5 years came with more new franchises than any companies in the game industry. The shocking thing is that they are nowhere near terrible. For all those terrible Sonic Series Sega is milking, at least this company makes up for it with the new titles nobody ever buys.

Let's say hypothetically if Sega chooses to make Valkyria Chronicles 3 on PS3, I'm confident only a collect few will actually buy the freaking game. And it really doesn't matter if it's any other title or different genres. I've been observing Sega for a while, all I saw from gamers are their unrealistic expectations and excuses for not supporting them.

I have to agree with people that Sega has no business in talking about releasing consoles when their software sales are subpar.

The Xbox being best selling console means is that there are that many fratboys. It is the most confusing thing as why COD is the best selling game ever yet while Dark Souls struggles to sell beyond 500,000 units. As usual Quantic Dream's new one intrigues me.

Sony would pretty much be in shamble if they were really gonna release PS4 next year what with their overcharging price and lack of a lineup as if they didn't suffer enough loss already this year.

Surely they won't release another console when Last Guardian isn't even out yet. Also they have far more classic collections from PS2, I'm still waiting for. The current console has far too much potential.

What is the use of antagonising Activision and the co? At the end of the day, the next COD comes out, probably another millions sell while developers like CD Projekt barely survives.

Game Industry who is in hurry getting to next generation console need to be slapped across the head with 2 by 4 plank. Making games cost a ton already and fools themselves whinging about used games and not getting enough revenue say the games need to have better graphics. Are they serious?

Not only that we are not quite out of recession, that we, consumers don't blindly buy any games and consoles. There are number of decent companies getting laid off because it's hard to get by. I must say the majority of game industry is just delusional. David Cage is one of a few developers who seems to know what's going on in the industry.

Say whatever the hell you like about his games, but I agree with the man, the games need some more variety, especially triple A titles. His games are very flawed but at least he tries to experiment. Every games he is involved in, it honestly catches the eyes. Nowadays, hardly anything interesting catch my eyes. All I see are the same old 3rd action adventure, 3rd person shooter or 3rd person RPGs that are all sequels and only ones that I see that are actually mature I can count on my fingers.

"Games are art" my ass. These sort of reactions I read only seems to support my argument.

@beuneus12 Because it was trying to experiment out of familiar game mechanic to make some new idea. In the end, the story failed to deliver on the hype, still it was a refreshing idea since every game companies seem to abuse the cutscenes with the excuses like deep storyline like Activision doing to COD.

Unfortunately based on game sales of previous generation console I observed I have to concur with the sentiment. Given Indie gamer's position, going to the Sony Console has to be safer bet to see any kind of profits. I mean games like Fez and Braid are as big as they are now because they have the familiar game mechanics we grew to love and pretty much designed to appeal to western demographics. One thing I disagree Sony isn't the only one that appreciate arty games In Nintendo I see a lot of arty games.

If Xbox gamers say they appreciate the arty games as they do, Sega would've made an exclusive Xbox games by now. Seeing they only now stick to Wii and Sony is enough proof for me.
