get a pot of rice take out the battery and dry both thr phone and the battery then bury it in the rice and leave it there for 2-3 days, it will suck out the mouisture, but...... since u turned it on after you took out the battery, you just threw an electricial shock across the circuit board when there was water there and could have ruined your phone, so just use the rice and hope for the best

The rice is a bad idea, don't be wasting the worlds rice on a cell phone fcs! We have a rice shortage! Now, I would try to suck at any cracks to remove any water. Then I would use a hair dryer get it nice and hot and the water will evaporate out.

There is no rice in my house (NO NOT BECAUSE OF A SHORTAGE lol) but Its been three days since it was waterlogged and hairdryers are a bad idea accordiing to every other site

This is my second phone. My first got wet after leaving it in my pocket and doing laundry so I dont feel like telling my parents about this. My phone was in my pocket at lagoon and ran through some water with some friends and my phone went crazy viberating, so i turned it off and waited till i got home, hit the power heard a vibe and then i took the battery out. I searched alot of sites for help and found my dot that should be red if wet is only half pink and theres a light on the side of my phone (not the screen) that is red when on so now 3 days later im turning my phone on to find the light flicks on and off but thats it. is there any thing i can do? i heard stuff about ovens and alchohol which i cant do because of rasing parent suspicion.

City of Heroes/Villains would be my advice.

Same thing here, dude. i just turned 35 and will game till I die. I get smacked down on just about any online game I try. Personally, I feel that some of those times, other gamers were employing cheats or they had a much better ping than me so I would be lagging getting "powned?" while they were already gunning me down as I spawned. I also find myself playing games 'alone' as well. I am in love the total war series. But back in my 20's I woulndn't dream of playing a game soley for its singleplayer playability, it was all about multiplayer pwnage.

I guess its another sign of jerryatric PC gaming - playing games alone! :(

Not that i hate online gameing (i love it) but i miss the halo parties before halo 3 when everyone would come together and play and chat and actually do more than talk in a headset, They still happen but not as often. Maybe you guys should call up some buds and start a gameing party COD4 anyone?

Where I used to live I could get together a gaming party no problem. But I have moved to a new area and have a new batch of friends but they just like talking about there boats, saving on electricity bills (snore) and working on our homes. Which is cool and all but I doubt any of them would be down for some LAN or 360 action.

I just moved to, From gangs and goths, to preps and jocks (yes im just starting highschool) But noone here gets together to actaully do anything. I remeber talking with some guys at church and they where talking about holding a halo party, their idea of a party is to connect online with head sets..... The only thing close to a real party here is the little kiddies birthday parties... but honestly what can you do?
