you do realize at this time last gen, there was no "BATTLE" as you say. It was one sided towards the 360 at first, much like it is for the PS4 right now. It took years for the PS3 to catch up to the 360 in sales. OH how we forget so quickly. You make it seem like it never happened that way.

do you not remember the PS3 launch at all? Sony was never "neck and neck" with MS until way later in the gen when the 360 had no more exclusives and the PS3 just kept delivering more and more of them.

the same thing could happen if MS gets their shit together and makes smarter moves the rest of the way.

TOMB RAIDER on XBOX ONE looks fantastic on my Panasonic Plasma, these "comparisons" mean JACK SHIT. The XBOX ONE is a good console, but you all HATE MICROSOFT so you simply hate the console. no way this game gets a 7 when KZ SF and DR3 got that score. Watching the Rev3 review it's obvious the game looks amazing but the gameplay is about as basic and repetitive as it gets.

After watching the Rev3 review from Sessler I'm going to say a 5 or 6 at the very highest here at GS.
