I just signed up for GameSpot Plus so I could download some game guide PDFs, but on the more recent guides (such as Mortal Kombat and Arkham City) there doesn't seem to be a download button. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

I don't think GS does PDF guides anymore and I don't think you need to be Total Access to read the guides anymore either.

I am subscribed to Start Select & The Gamespot UK Podcast via iTunes, but downloads have been failing for the last week with "Authorisation is needed to access" errors.

Is this me or something to do with preparing the material for iTunes?

Yeah there seem to be a problem with the feed at the moment. I will message one of the Gamespot UK team and let them know the feed isn't working

Just got a mesage back from a member of the GSUK Team. They know that the feed is down and they are working on getting it fix as soon as possible.

What Internet browser are you using?

Can you take a seenshot of the problem, it would really help if we can see excalty what you can see.

It's easy, you just need to copy the embed code into a blog/forum and hit post. Make sure you don't hit the preview button that seems to mess it up for some reason.

Looks like the link has been fixed.

I went through 4 pages of messages, went into every one and nothing happened. So then I went through those 4 pages again only this time I clicked 'Mark As Read' and it actually fixed it! It's like there was an invisible pm or something :?irishdude199210

*Sigh* I take that back, user videos have stopped working for me again. They were working fine last night.
