Hey man thats not that bad of an idea, that would probley be a pretty nice rpg. Coming from a 2D game maker myself ideas got to come from somewhere. Your idea is just like how a lot of people in the industry do it, just off the top of their head. Just work with you idea and build apon it. Make a script for it and possibly some fast sketches of some storyboards. I hope this helps, and oh yeah Jak and Daxter rock!

sony said them self that the ps3 will have a 10 year life cycle. so the ps4 won't be hear till around 2016 since it came out in 2006.

What you need to do is either get an old ps2 video cord from your friend or something, or go out and get one. I believe those cords are pretty cheep now. Then once you got the cord and have it hooked up to your tv, turn on the ps3. If you don't have a picture when you turn the ps3 on, hold down the button for 5 sec. This will reset your ps3's settings so that you can see the picture on that tv. Resetting your settings does not reset any game data or online data.

1. linux needs at least 10 gigs on ps3.

2.yes

3.yes it works 100% of the time, if it does not, then try to back it up again. you also need a external hard drive to back your data.

4.there are different versions of linux, a version of yellow dog made for ps3, fedora, ubuntu, etc.

5.yes ther is a small chance you could mess of your system. a very small chance if you do everything correctly.

6.linux can not get viruses because it is not a PC.

7.yes you need a usb keyboard and mouse.

8.you will need to find a version of linux that is on a cd, or download a version of linux that is a cd image, then burn it on a cd.
