The thing is though a lot of people are scared of that price point. Some people are more well to do and can afford it but $500-600 for a gaming device is a lot of money no matter how you spin it. On the other hand Wii's are flying off shelves at half that. I don't think that's a coincidence. I stand by my statement. That being said I really would like to have a PS3 but it's price is, well, holding me back. ;)

Wouldn't Wii sales be craptacular if it was $2000?

Also, wouldn't PS3 sales be better if it was $300?

4 player Co-op is not enough to make it GOTY. Halo 3 is just more of the same.

If any games gets GOTY, it's gonna be BioShock.

sorry i do agree Bioshock is gonna get GOTY but I tried putting it in my PS3 and it didnt work. Oh thats right you cant play that on PS3. See why I dont like my 600 dollar supercomputer?

No offense to PS3 owners but thats how pumped I am for GOTY candidate Halo 3. 4 player Co-op for a game that big? Bungie is one of the best. The PS3 just cant deliver at this point so I am willing to burn it, smash it, or throw it in a sewer just to play Halo 3.Reyes360

You have no idea what you are talkign about, Home is not a dumbed down version of the sims, it's an online gaming service provider, meaning you don't have to walk around and chat you can go straight to playing online games.

Thats great, I already knew all of that, so don't question my knowledge. Thats great, you can go straight to playing online games, thats completely new, what a feature. Were talking about the avatar and the social aspect of Home, building a character and giving it a home and such. I just don't see the advantage Home has over Live, when a friend comes on it notifies you, and if you want to chat with someone you can send them a notice, I just think Live is much better than Home.

Was I boasting about it? No. I just thought that you didn't know about it.

If you don't want to use it, fine, but it provides a fun way to interact with other gamers.

Adding more, but wouldn't you have to assume that most of them will cost money? I am sure some will be free, but most will probably cost some money. Paying for a virtual chair is as bad as paying for a gamer picture or theme for the 360.

They also said that you will get free accessories from PS3 games.

But, I agree with you, paying for virtual content is bad.
