actually you have to connect before AUGUST 11, since the price drop is on the 12th :P and the ones you listed are only the confirmed ones, if you count them they only make half the promised number. i think it's a nice part on nintendo to throw free games at the moro-- early adopters to hold the backlash AND it makes yet another effort to put as many 3DSs online, while the newcomers will get a cheaper system. it's win-win IMO.BrunoBRS

I was stoked when I first heard about this, I don't really care about the price drop, I was someone willing to pay $250 for the 3DS and so I did. I thought the 3DS would be worth getting so I got it. However I don't know if we should really support the free games. Don't get me wrong, I'm going to download all of them, but is this something we should support? Most of us are currently telling Nintendo that, "We are fine with you doing ridiculous price drops, as long as you give us free stuff." I don't know if that's a message we want to convey.

There are a lot of people registered on Gamespot. Some don't even comment on videos or are active on the main forums. They may like the unions, blogging, podcasts, email lists. There are a lot of things Gamespot offers so just because no one here has claimed to win one, doesn't mean no one has won one.

What do you define as rage quit. While playing Joe Danger I quit a couple times because of frustaration because I played the same level 500 times in a row and still couldn't get one of the stars. Did I get really angry or anything, no. I just quietly put down my controller, turned off my TV and PS3, and walked away. In multiplayer I have done it a few times in certain games. I get more frustarated in some games over stupidity compared to others. I hate Call of Duty because I find there's a lot of stupidity in it and it really gets to me. If I'm having a bad night, butI feel like all my deaths are fair, I'm fine. But the moment I get killed by a dumb moment for the first time, it's just down hill from there. HoweverI can withstand a lot of stupidity in games like Halo where I never feel like I'm getting killed in a dumb matter, so if other people are doing stupid things it rarely effects me.

Very stoked that Paper Mario is returning to an RPG format so that gets my vote. Followed closely by Super Mario 3DS, then Mario Kart, and finally Luigi's Mansion.

that hasn'tbeen announced as the final box art. But I think they are doing it to keep the Modern Warfare portion of the Call of Duty franchise similar. Call of Duty 4 had one person as the focal point on the box. Modern Warfare 2 had one person as the focal point on the box. While Modern Warfare 3's boxart isn't announced as official yet, I bet it will feature one person as the focal point again.

I always called it the PSX personally.

Now it's better, which you are seeing with the PS3 catching up to the Xbox 360. But for an example of the PSN not being up to par when it first launched, the store used to run in the PS3 internet browser, it didn't even have a dedicated place.
