Ok I'm curious whether this is a common problem others have or whether it's something that others see happening.
In almost any place that allows you to post comments the enter/return key creates a paragraph break. For some reason the gamespot comments will often reformat my posts to exclude breaks in paragraph making me look like a 14 year AOLer that doesn't seem to realise that the return key exists. The wierd thing is it doesn't always reformat some return produced line spaces will stay. Is there any way the site to fix this so I don't have to go back and type P> /P> code inbetween paragraphs? or is this likely a settings problem on my PC?
Depends on the character's playstyle. Charon is about the only decent follower for a sneaking based character. Be warned if you kill dogmeat Charon will be aggressive towards you. There is still a trick to recruit him but it's some what of a pain to pull off. If just looking for the toughest followers Fawkes and Star Paladin Cross are the ones to get but they both require good karma to keep. Charon is probably overall the most versatile follower especially since your karma doesn't change whether he'll join you or not.
Google "The Vault Fallout" it's an incredibly good wiki for Fallout absolutely every question you have about the game is answered in it.
This is silly neither of the games are out so how do you know whether they're worth buying? Lately the hype machines behind games are ridiculous. Most of the previews are based on alpha or beta copies and often are limited demos. The thing is companies like Gamespot, G4, IGN hype a lot of games up often not only because they have potential but they want to be on good terms with big developers because it's big news (which makes them money) if they get exclusive previews, trailers, etc. So unless you're a fanboy for a certain company, game studio, or game series you should probably just wait to see the reviews before deciding to buy the game. 99% of the time pre-orders are a bullsh*t sales gimmick to pressure you into buying something nothing to do with limited supply.
Time Crisis 4 comes with the new Guncon, good game, especially if you like rail shooters. I'm pretty sure you could by the gun seperately but railshooters are pretty much nonexistent on the PS3 atm so not sure why you'd want on seperate. I don't think it has the analog on the back though it's on the side of the gun if I remember correctly.
Is this the PS3 equivelent of the Xbox 360's RROD? stuarthanley
Hardly, PS3s have a very low failure rate, but like most electronics there's always a certain amount that are defective out of the box thus the manufacturer warranties.
[QUOTE="Simple_malk"][QUOTE="kozzy1234"]- Best selection of games out of this gens consoles
Blackhawk692
No offense but that's very much opinion based. PS3 and 360 both have a lot of great titles to choose from.
um, the 360 does have the better selection, but that doesn't mean it has better games, just a bigger pot to choose from. I would recommend getting a 360 even though my has broken twice and I can see a third happening in the near future. Microsoft will fix it for almost nothing.
It's definitely opinion based. The amount of exclusives on either system is slightly in favor of 360 but overall the majority of the biggest games are multiplatform. MGS4 vs Halo 3, Resistance 2 vs Gears of War 2, Little Big Planet vs I can't think of a 360 game even close to that game, etc. The list good games on both consoles is huge by no means can you say 360 really has an edge over PS3 in quality and quantity anymore. In reality it's actually only a handful of good exclusives that 360 has over PS3 and on the horison they are pretty even on the exclusives. So I can't buy that 360 has the best library unless you're talking about sheer quantity because both systems have more than enough awesome games to keep you busy for a very very long time.
The other thing I look at too is that you should consider the fact many people not only have a console but a gaming computer so techniquely many of the 360 titles that aren't on PS3 are actually on or going to games for windows.
