If you've been growing up with video games at least since late 80s and early 90s, you'd remember at least two racing games, Test Drive and Need For Speed 1. These ones were one of the earliest games which let you drive really fancy licensed cars. I still remember magic of these games (even though I didn't play Need For Speed 1 when it came out, but I sure did play Test Drive). You can have graphical fidelity of GT5 or meticulous physics of Forza or, better, GTR games, and everything else, but remember, it will NEVER replace historical impact of these games. NEVER.

iv'e played LFS and iRacing (a bit) and some cars DO FELL like on ice, and they are all floatie anyway (ive yet to a car videogame where cars dont feel a bit floatie)... ive seen replays on GT where the cars is feeling evey bump, so just wait until the game is release :)

I don't understand how PD Couldn't just create a few generic interiors for the "standard cars" ?

i heard they tried and diteched the idea 2 months after due to problems..

Why should I not be allowed to drive from the cockpit view at the beginning of my GT5 career (cause obviously those cheap cars are not going to be premium).

I think this is a rather dumb move on PD's part. I'm glad for all the other features, it's awesome, but just put a generic cockpit, then there really is no reason to complain. Unless you're someone who wants to see the dashboard of a Camry or something lol.

I read on GTplanet forum that PD tried that and after 2 month gave up due to problems..

and who cares, those 800 cares are those that people just collect and never drive, unless its some particular you actually own in real life, or just for lulz..

and even if you want to drive them its not like you're stuck with the back view, theres the bumper view and the hooden one(?)..

and thres probabably gonna be a fair share of "slow" regular cars that are premium

Im pretty sure the ref didnt call offside because of that.. even tough you might be right (which would be stupid, he dint touch the ball, nor he had any impact on the goal)

The voices are even worse, the running animations is just plain...,cole's model alredy had that feeling that made it look like he was flying instead of walking, now its even worse...

and he seems way to overpowered

that weapon has gotta be the ugliest weapon ive ever seen in a game..
the clothes are nice but prefered the first ones.
