Wouldn't say it's ruining gaming, but COD leveling systems are starting to get annoying. Devs should think of better ways to increase longevity for their multiplayer(ex TF2's trading system)

Even for consoles a game lasting longer than two years is impressive. I believe Socom 2 has been out for 8 years now and it's still got about 500 people playing. Socom 3/CA a little bit more around 750k I believe.

If CoD got rid of it's false longevity nobody would play the game. Why? Because then people would have to actually play the game for it's gameplay and not "+1000 - Challenge Complete - Run 5 miles!"

It's bound to go multiplat, knowing SE's history. Take this trailer with a grain of salt.

God, we through this every single year. What did the 360 have last year in the first months besides multiplats? Nothing. Yet it was elected console of the year by multiple publications. GT even said it had a better year than the PC.The_RedLion

To be fair, I agree the 360 had a better lineup than the PS3 and Wii.

However, as much as I hate when people use this excuse, GT is biased against the PC when it comes to these awards. Their GOTY was Mass Effect 2. The superior version is PC. They praised the hell out of StarCraft 2 and Civilization 5. The PC GOTY nominees had like 3 or so exclusives. 360 and PS3 only had one each. Not to mention how they chose to not nominate Crysis in 2007 for best graphics because they couldn't run the game, therefore not capture footage.

Oh, but don't forget. When they nominated multiplats like Black Ops and Mass Effect 2 for PC GOTY, they used 360 footage instead of PC footage. Obviously recording footage isn't what matters, they just feel the need to exclude the PC since you know, it's dead and all.

The 360 we all knew and loved is dead after Gears 3 is out. Welcome and embrace the newer, kinder, gentler 360/kinect software.

While playing Tekken 6, I was losing on the last round with my health bar half gone. The game suddenly started to lag, I lost the game and was about to play again when I got this message "I noticed you made the game lag when you was about to lose" This and some other messages from the same person basically stating that the lag puts me at an advantage. I wont go into detail of the back and forth of themessages we exchanged but, can anyone explain the mentality of people like this? Surely they can understand that if it lags forthem it lags for me, if they find it hard to pull off combos because of the lag then so do I.Games lag and disconnects for everyone sometimes but, there's no need to be an a**h*le about it.
