As someone else has said "You have no case"

The entire world knows of the problems MS is having with the infamous RROD, and they have addressed and are taking the necessary steps to fix it. Now just because you have to wait 2 weeks and are upset take a step back and think of some of the people who have to wait a month (I have heard of people waiting a month). I'm sorry but your idea for class action is not justified. I have played the waiting game myself and believe me getting upset doesnt make 2 weeks come any faster. The certificate idea SHOULD be used though for people who have sent back 4 systems in under 2 months I blame this impart to shipping and shipping temperatures causing defects thats just my thought though.

I bought the Elite after dealing with 4 (3 refurbished) 360's. A lot of people said that the Elite is a waste if you dont have HD for me it was more of a "Peace-of-Mind" buy. I have enjoyed my Elite and have witnessed no problems even with the occasional move to the living room. I've heard several stories of people saying put it in one spot and leave it alone but every now and then when I have company I like placing mine in the living room.

Now, what happened to my friend. Big time GH fan went out and bought it on the 360 last weekend. He is a truck driver so you have an idea of just how little time he has with his 360, his truck power supply can't support the 360. I get a phone call from him later on that night, his GH got scratched after his 1st play through probably one of the worst I have seen, my 1st 360 did it to but it was "liveable" until I got the RoD.

To finish, he called Microsoft said hey I have spent less then 48 hours on this system and it ruined a brand new game. MS didnt need to hear anymore they told him box was on the way,and he went to Gamestop and they replaced his game free. He was ok a little upset that he didnt get any play time while he was home. He came over to my house though and helped out on my coop GH achievements LoL. I really have no qualms about MS customer support but I do have with Sony the 2.3 update that is on Untold Legends 2 bricked my PSP and they still wanted 90$ for the fix. My PSP is still broke might get one of the new designs for FF Tactics

My PC is only used for WoW and some RTS games nowadays (I might pick up Stalker though looks good) .  Achievements have really brought me back to console gaming.  If the games interest you then get a 360 but to get it to have another way to hang with friends is a bit of a waste IMO.
