Searching through IGN's Madden 08 player database thing, Fauria isn't on the Panthers or Redskins. You may be able to find him in the free agents section of the rosters, and you can edit them how you like to reflect current rosters before beginning a franchise.

I personally make sure my rosters are all up-to-date for when i begin a new franchise, but after that i make any trades or singings necessary.

Thank you, bluezy! Do you think this is because of the fact that the Panthers signed him in week 2? He was with Washington the season prior...

Also, how can you update sports games for the DS? Do you need the WiFi cable? Is there a site online specifically designated for updating games?

I would like to get NFL Madden '08 for my DS. Could someone please tell me if TE Christian Fauria is in the game? Is he there as a member of the Redskins or of the Panthers?

Also, out of curiousity, how, when playing on a portable system, does one keep their rosters fully current and up-to-date?

I called between 15-20 stores in search of in-stock DS Lites. Only ONE store had two DS' in stock. I would have preferred the black or the red one, but pink is all that was available. (It isn't bad however, and, I am a female, so I can deal. :))

I'm 24, married and have a 4-month-old. I am a hardcore girl gamer; probably more hardcore then most of you guys out there. My favorite game genres are strategy(both turn-based and real-time), puzzle, rpg and monster breeding/battling games like Pokemon, Dragon Warrior Monsters, etc I dislike most FPS, Sports titles and fighting games. I take my ds everywhere and own over 60 games for it. My current favorite is Advance Wars: Days of Ruin. I am also a WOW-addict.Writer1983

I am 26. I just got my DS Lite this weekend. I took it on the ride to work today, and really enjoyed myself!
