I had fun tonight ... nuf said really. But I know there are those of you out there that get all hot and bothered when my blogs don't have a lot of content. Well. Here goes.

I went out for a beer with a few mates tonight. We drank a little. Then we drank some more. Eventually we reached midnight and one of my mates got hungry. So we headed down to a local fast food place.

I ordered a bratwurst on a bun. My friend ordered the rest of the menu but that is a different story. After a few bytes a little sauce from the bun dripped on my knee. Just a drip really.

Some dude who I had never seen before started pointing at me and laughing. I simply turned to him and asked him if he thought what he saw was funny. Because I saw nothing of the sort. Something must have convinced him it wasn't funny because he immediately apologised and even started cleaning my knee.

I was stumped because of his reaction. To me my reaction was normal. But once outside even my mate said I had had a glint in my eye while speaking. Not a reaction I'd expect from myself ...

I just noticed two new upcoming games. The first is Schwarzenberg the second Saboteur (trailer) . Both games are potentially great games.

Schwarzenberg

Saboteur

Shows a nice bit of itself on this site. Info about gameplay is limited. But the way to look at a WWII game is completely new. You play as a character named Sean. An Irishman who's been pushed too far. Your friends have been killed by fascists. And you don't have to think twice about taking on the nazi war machine in your own special little way.

It brings you a unique combination of open force and stealth action.

The looks aren't all that. But the pics I've seen so far allows for open gameplay. Your own way into the game. Though it might be a bit too early to think up any conclusions about this title. Information is limited.

Saboteur is a Stealth Action fictional piece with a historical background. Saboteur is planned for Xbox and PS3.

I just put these two titles out here because they caught my eye. And I'm wondering about what you guys think of them.

Curiousness is a good thing. But patience is even better. I was told my bolg pissed people off.

That's live I guess. With a little luck things will go my way and I'll get to live out my plan. If not just know I'll be even more pissed off then you guys. The only difference is I know what I'm pissed off about and you wont :P

Some of you might know I had a pretty bad fever this last week. I was tied to the house so to speak. All I could do was lay down a lot and sleep. Much more than that and I got dizzyness spells and headaches. Yesterday much of this was over but I still had to take things easy.

For those and more reasons I was very happy to start a new game today. I finally felt good enough to focus on a game knowing I would no longer be plagued by headaches. I borrowed Rayman Raving Rabbits from a friend of mine who said it was a nice game if you weren't into serious gaming. Which seemed like a good start. Specially because it is built up out of little games which can be easily interupted.

I fired up my 360 and played one or two mini games. and then my 360 froze. Because I had not played much I decided I would not let things get to me. I turned of my 360 and made myself some lunch.

After lunch I returned to my 360 and tried to continue my game. Before getting halfway through my latest mini game my 360 froze up on me again. This time I simply frowned. Turned of my 360. And turned it on again after about 30 seconds. This time all I got from my 360 was that little distorted red smile forming 3 quarters of a Ring ...

This is the second time this has happened to me in a year. Needles to say I'll never buy a mircosoft game console again!

I've just nhoticed after being absent for a few days that I've recieved not one but two new emblems.

The second one I'll mention first. The serious collector. It's the emblem all of us that spend too much money on games end up getting sooner or later. No big deal.

The first one however is a bit of a mystery to me. It's a scavenator emblem. Which means there was a fact finding hunt to get it. Now I know I've done a few of those. The only strange thing is. I noticed the emblem only today. But the text that's added to the emblem says:

What does this button do?
Bearers of this emblem managed to complete the Scavenator session of September '07 with some impressive times. Live long and scavenate!

Sept '07? That's half a year ago. Never the less. I like it. If your mouse moves of the original it says. Fear the Reaper.

I'm not fully getting it. Few rarely do in these cases. Or at least that is what I am lead to understand while reading other blogs here on GS. Why do I still make a blog you ask? Well the answer is simple. This time it is me not understanding what went wrong.

Because, for the first time since October 9th 2005 (me joining GS) I have been MODDED :D .. this is a proud moment for me! ;) What have I been modded for? Well I'll tell you. I have been modded for posting a video. The modding happened today the 23rd of January 2008 (yes I like dates especially the next date. Now I used to be an extremely active member. Reading all I got my hands on, trying to get many emblems and posting like a maniac (you might be surprised to find out that nowadays that which I post is less than half of what I used to post)

I was very surprised to find out the moderation was because of a video. There was only one occasion on which I posted some videos. Little over a year after my joining GS on October 15th 2006 I posted a series of commercials trying to get some kind of video emblem (can't recall the name)

Now I do realise the ladies and gentle mods at GS have a packed schedule but if a video has been on GS for 15 months isn't moderation a bit late? I can't even recall the contents of the videos that were moderated and I don't really care about any point loss I may have suffered.

All I have is a sense of wonder .. and maybe an orange :P

It's that time of the year again. When we look to family and thoughts of warm places. I've always liked the extra lights in stores and windows bringing a warm feeling into cold nights. The city where I live has a 800 year old church at it's center. The street which surrounds it always gives me a warm feeling when lit upon cold and foggy nights. Passing it is always reason for me to stand still for a minute and enjoy my surroundings.
