disagree. press conferences are consolidated events meant for the general public. who has time to follow all the details of the big 3 everyday, other than industry professionals? as we are all potential investors, trade shows are how you get the public's attention. we need events like E3 to inform the general masses that would otherwise be left in the dark throughout the year to the mediocrity that gets shoveled out.
if Fing stupid to make this comparison. the game can ONLY be as good as the WORST format. so it has to look the same as the DVD counterpart, otherwise people would complain about the games being massively unequal in quality. we all know the dvd only takes up a fraction of the blu ray... eg FF13. so... way to do something useless, gs. if only to stir the fires of the fanboys

you people are stupid, they're comparing multi platform games. of course they're going to be similar. why the hell would i bother coding more crap into a game when i could just copy and paste that crap over and make 2 times the money? geez you have to compare games that are specifically built for each system
