Alright, I can see how this would upset some folks, but I thought that was actually quite insightful. There are often politicians, living and dead, that we get so wrapped up in supporting and so excited about, that we start to attribute almost divine qualities to them. It isn't exclusive to Barack Obama, but a cult of personality certainly has developed around this president. I don't think it's meaningless that lyrics about Obama's greatness have been pasted onto the Battle Hymn of the Republic, a song that was originally very religious in nature. fidosim

Because their government is ran by religious islamic law maybe? and a sect that wants to destroy another nation maybe, publicly? I'm not saying that he's wrong for saying what he did vis-a-vis Iran (although he was factually wrong in some of the things he said about Iran), I'm just saying it's weird to say that on one hand, "Iran+God=Bad", and yet minutes later say that "America+God=Good". Yeah i agree! I just feel there's a difference between a country ran by God (islamic law) and country that trusts in God. (I mean its basically what our country has been doing since its birth and I've never seen any problem with it)

I'm agnostic, and I only support Barrack as my president, not that I voted for him, but because he's our nation's leader. People like Glenn Beck need to either just shut the **** up, or come up with a solution and try make it work.

you should watch his show maybe? every thing he "cries" about he has solutions for he also wrote of book full of the problems and their solutions Yeah, if only his "solutions" made any sense at all. I remember when the economic crisis started to get a lot of attention around this time last year.
