Monopolistic Competition is an industry where there are heaps of companies... ie 20 +. Monopoly is where there is only one company. Sorry about the Economics lesson.

Isn't an implementation of a progressive tax policy which benefits the poor, at only minimal expense to the rich, a good system to have in place. I have no doubt that a true implementation and a fairer and more equitable and just system would have been put in place by Jesus. His teachings signify this wholeheartedly. Remember this was the man who forcedly kicked the money changers out of the temple, they were doing dealings in a House of God, and to top it off they dealt with usury.

It is pretty much a gurantee that unemployment and inflation will go up in Europe in a few years. High taxes and a good economy are pretty much incompatible.

I hope you realise that the majority (52%) of people earning over $200 000 voted for Obama. They don't seem to be complaining about paying higher taxes, so why are you??
