It's fake because I seen trailer long time ago. Also, if you watch the trailer end, it cuts the xbox 360 logo, however it was in white background. Who else does that for every xbox 360 gametrailers?

Let's not forget this is UK OXM. So before people go breakdown, remember UK tends to be more strict. Also, Gears 1 and Halo 3 got a 9 which also include that Fable 2 got 8. IMO this is a good sign for Gears 2. So don't let it get you down.
