Well it worked. Turns out the guy i talked to on the phone was bein a douche and just didnt wanna have to put up with anythin. I walked right in today, explained the problem, and boom they gave me store credit. No problems whatsoever.

Damn this is great all ya guys helped in some way. I posted the same forum topic on Gametrailers.com and all i got was trolls making stupid comments.

What made me think is that i know they cant get away with this. But on the back of the reciept it says they have the right to refuse to return any product?

Ok so i recently bought a Street Fighter IV fightstick from Gamestop right? Well i paid 70 bucks for the thing. And guess what, its defective. Now i know i shouldve read reviews for it before i purchased, but i didnt. Anyway within 2 days the joystick gave out, and 2 buttons went dead. This is complete bull. I did NOT want to buy a defective product. And im not callin Madcatz for a replacement because im NOT paying a shipping fee for their own ****in problem. Well Gamestop has told me they cannot refund my money, nor exchange it because they "ran out". Really, this aint cool at all. Can Gamestop get away with this? Or should i fight this? Someone gimme some feedback. Thanks guys.

Well i was looking for a dance pad for the pc, unfotunately, they are only available off the internet. Do you guys know if the Universe 2 bundled dance pad with work on the PC because of the USB?

Well this might seem like a broken record with Microsoft. But Im havingprob with my 360. I bought it last september, and its worked FINE ever since then. Im not getting the red ring of death either. Today i plugged in my 360 and it seemed to work ok, but as soon as I started up the Stranglehold demo it beeped and froze. Now ive been able to play Dead Rising for about 3 days straight non stop without a fan (literally), and that was last August. Ive never had this prob. Ive been playin the Stranglehold demo for about 3 hours a day since Wednesday when it was released. And now it freezes up and beeps after about 2 minutes of the console being on. Any suggestions guys? Will replacing it be the only solution?
